Troubleshooting
The download button is not working
Make sure you have entered a valid TikTok URL. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
The video quality is low
SnaptikMM always tries to download videos in the highest quality available. However, the quality depends on the original video uploaded to TikTok.
I can't find the downloaded files
Downloaded files are usually saved to your default download folder. Check your browser's download settings to find where files are being saved.
The website says 'Failed to process TikTok URL'
This error usually occurs when the TikTok URL is invalid or the video is private. Make sure you're using a valid URL from a public TikTok video.
Can I download TikTok videos on my iPhone?
Yes, SnaptikMM works on all devices including iPhones. However, on iOS, you might need to use the 'Files' app to access your downloads.
